IntelPane offers a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers. If you cancel your subscription within the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged. No questions asked.
After the 7-day trial period ends and a payment has been made, we offer refunds within 7 days of the charge if you are unsatisfied with the service. To request a refund, email us at support@intelpane.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the annual period.
